  • Dr. Felicia Chang, C. Psych.

Hi! I'm Dr. Felicia Chang, a Child, Adolescent, and Family psychologist. I work with youth struggling with anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image concerns, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and difficulties with emotion regulation.

I also believe parents are a key part of any young person’s life and provide support to parents wanting to improve their relationships with their child/teen and to learn strategies to support their child’s mental wellbeing.

I also support youth navigating life transitions and provide parenting support

If your family is ready and willing to make positive changes in your life, I would love to meet with you to help you in your journey!

  • Dawn Mewhinney, MSW, RSW

Hi, I’m Dawn.  I work with youth with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, substance use, school avoidance, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, internet addiction, and life transitions.

I believe psychotherapy is an opportunity for youth to reflect on patterns and behaviours that they may not have paid much attention to but are in fact impacting their emotions, relationships, energy and ability to fully enjoy their life.  In my 25 years of working with people through all sorts of struggles, I have been honoured to witness the stability, confidence, self awareness, and joy that youth can achieve through therapy.  If you/your child are ready to embark on this journey, so am I!

  • Betty (Bea) Powers, MSW, RSW

Hi, I’m Betty (Bea) Powers, a Registered Social Worker, providing support to youth, young adults, and parents/caregivers, who need a compassionate guide to help them step beyond their usual ways of managing life.

I bring the passion and compassion that I have cultivated over the years, as a parent and educator, into my work as a therapist. I work primarily with children/teens with eating disorders, anxiety, and school avoidance. I would describe my approach as empathic, strengths based, collaborative, and trauma informed. I utilize a number of evidence-based practices while recognizing the need for clients to be truly and authentically seen and heard.
