Does your child struggle with anxiety?
Welcome to the
“Parenting Your Anxious Child” Group!
Is your child a worrier? Do you notice that feelings of anxiety hold him/her back from things like interacting with peers, going to school, leaving the house, or being away from you? Do you struggle with how to respond to your child’s anxiety? If so, this group is a great opportunity for you to connect with other parents, learn more about anxiety, and learn strategies to help your child learn to challenge their anxious thoughts and avoidant behaviours! There is a ton of research to support the effectiveness of parent-based interventions in the treatment of childhood anxiety, and we can’t wait to work with you!
