Dr. Adrienne Li has an extensive background providing assessment and therapy to adults and seniors experiencing a range of difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, trauma and acquired brain injuries. Licensed as a psychologist in both the United Kingdom and Ontario, she has worked in adult, child and adolescent, clinical health settings in the UK and completed her supervised practice at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (University Health Network), providing support to individuals with traumatic brain injuries and healthcare workers impacted by the pandemic.

Dr. Li utilizes several evidence-based approaches in order to most effectively help her clients, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioural (CBT), narrative, and compassion-focused therapies. She works in a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative way with clients to define treatment goals and facilitate self-exploration in a safe space.
